To find information for a specific property, you will need to provide the full postcode and name or number of the property.
It can take any time between two weeks and two months after the sale of a property before the information is registered with Land Registry and will appear in the records. Occasionally this might take longer, so any information shown in the free property check for the last few months may not be complete.
The database includes residential property sales that are registered with HM Land Registry, but doesn't include some transactions, for example:
