Simply enter the postcode of the property and select the address from a list to find out when your home was built.

How accurate is the “Year Built” data?

The property age data is based on information recorded in HM Land Registry. For newer properties, the exact build year will be provided where available.

For older properties, an estimated built year will be provided where available, e.g. 1930 - 1949.

Why is no “Year Built” data available for my property?

Where possible, we will use data from HM Land Registry or other property data to estimate the year in which a property was built.
