These documents can be requested directly from HM Land Registry for a fee of £7 each. You can complete form OC2 and send it to HM Land Registry by post to request a copy of the lease. It costs more to access documents using this service, but you'll recieve the documents within 24 hours instead of waiting for your form to be processed.

You can also request a copy of the title register and title plan from HM Land Registry directly online.
