Your electricity bill should indicate your load block, either in a square box with the relevant letter, or labeled as 'Postcode area alpha identifier'.
If your load block doesn't appear on your bill, you can contact your supplier directly to find out this information.
Each electricity distribution network is divided into 18 load blocks. The load block is indicated by a single letter.
Using this letter, you can check the schedule for disconnection in the event of a disruption in electricity supplies.
