How do I find the property owners name?
If you are looking to access the names of the owners of a property, you'll need to purchase a copy of the title register from HM Land Registry directly.
We are unable to provide any personal data about the owners of a property.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Any payment to us is a one off charge and you won't automatically be billed again unless you specifically selected to create a monthly recurring subscription.
You can check if you have an active subscription on the account page.
Why is my property not listed?
If you're property doesn't appear in the search results, it's usually because:
- The property hasn't been sold since 1995
- The property hasn't had a recent EPC
